FOS 2010-07: Floor thresholds may not yet be completely replaced by photocell curtains in car doors

Question: Is it permissible to remove the floor threshold when installing a photocell curtain that will function as a car door?

Answer: No! The movable threshold, roof flap or stop button must not be removed when installing the light curtain.
