Successful seminar on BRC Global Food Safety!
The seminar was held on two occasions, on November 12 in Stockholm and on November 13 in Malmö. John reviewed changes in the requirements, briefly discussed the importance of food safety culture and monitoring of the production environment.
Companies in the Swedish market from all over Sweden participated in the seminar and there were also several representatives from the certification bodies that certify against the BRC Global Standard Food Safety.
